Yes, the hot tub may be used at any time of the year.

No it is exclusive to you. There are no other huts / hot tubs on site.

Yes, you will have an unlimited supply for the hot tub and wood burner.

We can only accept one child under 12 months. You will need to bring your own cot and high chair.

Checkin is available from 15:00 and checkout is by 10:30 unless otherwise agreed.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds are available after that.

In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, a discretionary payment may be made.
